1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of perfume and cosmetic products, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, with the seal and wrapping fully intact.

The return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Opened or used perfume bottles are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety regulations.

3. How to Start a Return

Clear photos of the product and packaging (if damaged or incorrect)
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or there was a mistake on our end.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)

A description of the issue
We will work quickly to send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
