1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, or new releases), processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your orderโ€™s weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on service availability and delivery region.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Domestic (U.S.): 3 โ€“ 7 business days after processing

    • International: 7 โ€“ 21 business days depending on customs clearance and carrier

(Please note these are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to weather, postal delays, or carrier issues beyond our control.)

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations.

  • Due to fragrance shipping regulations, we cannot ship perfumes by air to certain countries or regions. If your location is restricted, you will be notified and refunded.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses at this time.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Once an order leaves our facility and is handed to the carrier, Habibi Perfumes is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused in transit.

  • If your tracking shows โ€œDeliveredโ€ but you have not received your order, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

  • If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and product for review. We will work with you to find a fair resolution (replacement, credit, or refund as appropriate).

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

  • We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

7. International Orders & Customs

  • International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are not included in the product or shipping cost.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for details before placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for customs delays, confiscated items, or fees imposed by destination authorities.

8. Returns Related to Shipping

  • For issues involving returns, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
