We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery only in the situations described below.
Eligible returns
A return may be approved if:
- The product arrived damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect; or
- The product is unused, unopened, and still in its original factory-sealed packaging and original condition.
Because fragrances cannot be resold once opened, all opened, unsealed, used, tested, or tampered products are final sale. We cannot accept returns based on scent preference, change of mind after opening, or sensitivity or allergic reaction.
How to request a return
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at habibiperfumesmiami@gmail.com. Include your order number and the reason for the request. For damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect items, include clear photos of the product and packaging.
Please do not send a product back before receiving return approval and instructions from us.
Return shipping
- Damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect items: If a return is required, Habibi Perfumes will cover the approved return shipping cost.
- Unopened and factory-sealed items: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Habibi Perfumes is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit when the customer is responsible for shipping.
Refunds
Approved returns must be sent back in the condition described above and within the deadline provided in the return instructions. After the returned product is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.
For unopened, factory-sealed returns, the refund covers the product purchase price only. Original shipping charges are not refunded. Bank or card processing times may take 5-10 business days after the refund is issued.
Products that are opened, unsealed, used, tested, tampered with, or otherwise returned outside this policy will not qualify for a refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. An eligible product may be returned under this policy, and a new order may be placed separately.
