Refund & Return Policy

Our Simple Promise: We stand fully behind every item we sell. If a product arrives damaged or defective due to our error, we will make it right โ€” no questions asked. All other sales are final.



1. Our Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any of the following reasons:

  • Change of mind or buyerโ€™s remorse

  • Dislike of a scent after opening

  • Incorrect selection made at time of purchase

  • Sensitivity or allergic reaction (customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients and testing safely before use)

  • Items that have been opened, used, or are no longer in original sealed condition

  • Orders where the product was received undamaged and as described



2. When We Will Make It Right

We accept return or refund requests only when the fault lies with us. Qualifying situations include:

  • The item arrived physically damaged (e.g., broken bottle, cracked cap, leaking seal)

  • The item was damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging on our part

  • You received an incorrect item โ€” a different fragrance, size, or product than what you ordered

  • The item is defective or non-functional out of the box



3. How to Report a Problem

If your order qualifies under Section 2, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To process your request, we will need:

  • Your order number

  • Date of purchase

  • Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item and its packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted. Please inspect your order upon arrival.



4. Resolution Options

Once we review and confirm your claim, we will offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:

  • Replacement: We ship the correct or undamaged item to you at no cost.

  • Full refund: Issued to your original payment method, including any outbound shipping charges paid.

  • Store credit: Offered as an alternative at our discretion.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method and may take 5โ€“10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.



5. Shipping Your Return (If Required)

In most cases, we will not require you to ship the item back. We may ask you to retain or dispose of it, and we will advise on a case-by-case basis.

If a return shipment is required, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with instructions. The item must be shipped within 10 calendar days of RMA approval. Return shipping will be covered by us when the return is due to our error.



6. International Orders

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and carrier surcharges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs and any associated duties for international returns are the customerโ€™s responsibility unless the error was ours.

  • Delivery delays caused by customs are outside our control and do not constitute grounds for a refund.



7. Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse refund or return requests where abuse of this policy is evident, including but not limited to: repeated return patterns, signs of tampering, or fraudulent claims.
