Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to any purchase options offered through our Shopify store, including pre-orders, subscriptions, or deferred payment arrangements (if and when offered).

2. Pre-Orders

• Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the item ships.

• To cancel a pre-order, contact us at habibiperfumesmiami@gmail.com with your order number.

• Once a pre-order has shipped, our standard Return & Refund Policy applies.

3. Subscriptions

• If subscription options are offered, you may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle.

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled charge to avoid being billed for that cycle.

• No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of an active subscription period.

4. How to Cancel

• Log into your account at habibiperfumes.com and manage your subscription or purchase option.

• Alternatively, email us at habibiperfumesmiami@gmail.com with your order number and “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.

• We will confirm your cancellation within 48 business hours.

5. Refunds on Cancellations

Approved cancellation refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees for already-shipped items are non-refundable.
