Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to any purchase options offered through our Shopify store, including pre-orders, subscriptions, or deferred payment arrangements (if and when offered).



2. Pre-Orders

  • Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the item ships.

  • To cancel a pre-order, contact us at habibiperfumesmiami@gmail.com with your order number.

  • Once a pre-order has shipped, our standard Return & Refund Policy applies.



3. Subscriptions

  • If subscription options are offered, you may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled charge to avoid being billed for that cycle.

  • No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of an active subscription period.



4. How to Cancel

  • Log into your account at habibiperfumes.com and manage your subscription or purchase option.

  • Alternatively, email us at habibiperfumesmiami@gmail.com with your order number and โ€œCancellation Requestโ€ in the subject line.

  • We will confirm your cancellation within 48 business hours.



5. Refunds on Cancellations

Approved cancellation refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days. Shipping fees for already-shipped items are non-refundable.
